Topologica Solutions has an immediate requirement for an application engineer in our Montreal office.

JOB TITLE: Application Engineer

LOCATION(s): Montréal, Québec.

DESCRIPTION: You will be responsible for the technical activities using the finite element method through new and existing clients in various applications for different industries, for NEi Nastran, and other Topologica portfolio solutions. Working closely with the sales team you will have to follow the sales cycle from prospecting through implementation. You will be responsible for software demonstrations, benchmarks, engineering services, training and technical support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exhibit a professional appearance and attitude with strong communications and presentation skills.
• Possess good customer service skills.
• Knowledge in 3D modeling CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
• Experience in finite elements analysis, preferably Nastran & Femap.
• A self motivated individual
• An energetic “Yes” attitude

EXPERIENCE: 2 or more years of engineering experience
